1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or utilizing the website https://shreesevatrust.org/ or contributing donations to Shree Mahant Prem Giri Sevashram Charitable Trust, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Charitable Donations & 80G Receipts

All contributions made through this portal, UPI, bank transfer, or QR scanner are voluntary charitable gifts designated for spiritual and public welfare projects including Gau Seva (cow protection), Temple Renovation, Vedic Gurukul education, Annadan Bhandara, and Kumbh Mela sadhu seva.

Eligible donations qualify for a 50% deduction under Section 80G of the Indian Income Tax Act. To receive a valid certificate (Form 10BE / 80G receipt), donors must submit their valid PAN card number and full legal address.

3. Kumbh Mela Camp Registrations

Camp stays and shivir accommodations during Kumbh Mela (Haridwar 2027, Nashik 2027, Ujjain 2028) are arranged by the Trust under Juna Akhada's monastic discipline. Devotees are expected to respect ashram sanctity, satvik dietary rules, and traditional Vedic customs at all times.

4. Intellectual Property

All text, historical lineage chronicles, photographs, logos, and audio bells featured on this portal are the intellectual property of Shree Mahant Prem Giri Sevashram Charitable Trust and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising in connection with the trust shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
